Michelle Thom

Michelle Thom, Regional Supervisor

Michelle Thom joined the multifamily housing industry upon graduation from Arizona State University in 2001.  She received her Bachelor's of Marketing degree from the Barrett Honors College.  She began her career in property management implementing new marketing programs for Camden Property Trust.  She has since worked all over the valley in conventional apartment housing, section 42 housing and condo investment rentals. Ms. Thom is a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association, a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management, and holds an Arizona Real Estate License. 

Carol Runyon

Carol Runyon ARM®, Regional Supervisor

Ms. Runyon has supervised portfolios including up to 11 properties in affordable housing, new construction, tax credit and conventional housing. She is an active member of the Arizona Multi-housing Association where she earned the 2001 Property Supervisor of the Year Award.

Carol has more than 23 years experience in property management and marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Knox College and has earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also holds real estate licenses in Arizona and New Mexico.

Pam King

Pam King, Asset Manager

Pam started her career in Illinois in 1984. She began as a Leasing Consultant and moved in to a Manager’s position two years later. That was a position she maintained until she moved to Arizona in 1993, which turned out to be an excellent career move. Since then, she has held positions as a Senior Property Manager, Training Coordinator/Auditor, and Regional Manger. During this time frame she earned her Arizona Sales Real Estate license, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and most recently, her Arizona Broker’s license. She is also a candidate for the Certified Property Manager designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Dwayne Thurnau

Dwayne Thurnau, Controller

Mr. Thurnau joined the Sullens & Euchner team in 2008. As Controller, Mr. Thurnau serves a principal role in the company’s internal operations as he manages the Accounting department. He came to Sullens & Euchner with over eight years of property management accounting experience. Mr. Thurnau’s experience prior to joining Sullens & Euchner was as a controller for a large self storage company, as well as accounting for a law firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from DeVry University.
