Jeffrey L. Kelly

Jeff Kelly brings over 25 years of experience to his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sullens & Euchner, Inspired Management Services. Having worked in senior-level positions for some of the largest management companies in the country, including Hall Management, Insignia Management Group, Fogelman Management Group and LEDIC, his career has given him vast experience in a variety of different property types - office, retail, industrial, multifamily and single family – as well as condominium and homeowner associations. In his current capacity Mr. Kelly oversees the three management divisions of the company - Multifamily, Residential/Condos & Homeowner Associations.

Jeff was raised in Michigan and began his career in Ann Arbor while at college – starting at the bottom – he performed landscaping and maintenance work before becoming a Manager Trainee at an 1,145-unit multifamily community. Since then, he has worked in most of the major markets around the country including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin in Texas; Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, and Durham in North Carolina; Orlando, Tampa, and Miami in Florida and Nashville and Memphis in Tennessee. His oversight experience includes portfolios ranging from 2,000 units and 500,000 square feet of office space to 80,000 units and 1.2 million square feet of office space for both owner-managed and fee managed investments.

Mr. Kelly has held seats on the Boards of most of the major industry associations and has received many awards for his work while also holding a firm belief in becoming an active member of the community where he resides. Mr. Kelly, his family and his beloved trumpet are now excited to call Tucson home.
