Pamela Sullens began her career in property management in 1976. She has worked with large to mid-sized management companies: both private and public; plus "large scale" student housing locations. Ms. Sullens is innovative in her approach to managing communities and is involved with the onsite team to achieve success.
She is a Certified Property Manager and active member of the Institute of Real Estate Manangement, where she has served on several committees. She is a memeber of the Arizona Mulithousing Association and currently holds a Broker License in Arizona, Michigan, and Illinois. She is a Licensed Residential Builder in the state of Michigan and is LIHTC Certified.
Ms. Sullens graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor of Science and a Masters of Art in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
She is professional in her approach and has proven success with building high performing teams. People are your greatest asset and she recruits and hires only the best. While Ms. Sullens is active in many civic and charity organizations, she is dedicated to the multi-family industry. She has knowledge and experience in many markets throughout the states, specifically managing multi-family in the Detroit Metro and Chicagoland areas; Minneapolis/St. Paul; Columbus (Ohio); Phoenix, Tucson (Arizona); and Houston and Austin (Texas). She was involved with a major university in Texas, which included a 1400 bed Student Housing development.
Terri L. Euchner has been in the multihousing industry in Arizona since 1983. Ms. Euchner has held such positions as Portfolio Director for a diverse group of communities, in new development, Director of Marketing & Education and Vice President of Operations as well as business owner. She also worked for a national publication specializing in the marketing and advertising for the apartment industry.
Ms. Euchner attended the Universal Academy for Music in Princeton, New Jersey, where she studied music and visited Europe on vocal tour. This is where she discovered her ability to capture and stimulate an audience. Turning the "arts" into "business arts", she began her career in property management with the same enthusiasm and passion as she had on stage.
Ms. Euchner put her "arts" to work in 2003 with her own company, becoming a local and national trainer and speaker for Training Solutions & Innovations. She and her partner provided training, marketing, branding, focus groups and motivational speaking events. Ms. Euchner has addressed groups and conventions nationwide.
Ms. Euchner is a current member of the Arizona Multihousing Association as a member of the Board of Directors in Arizona. In addition, she has served on many Phoenix chapter committees, and held positions as chairperson. Currently Ms. Euchner is a Trainer for the National Apartment Leasing Professional Program, and was honored by the Arizona Multihousing Association as Property Supervisor of the Year for 1999. Most recently, Ms. Euchner joined the Institute of Real Estate Management and won a scholarship for the CPM program. She presently holds an Arizona Real Estate License and LIHTC Certification.
